Another study found that overeating at a young age increases the risk of memory loss in old age.
According to a report by the American media, people who eat more than 2,100 calories per day are more likely to suffer from diseases in old age than people who consume 1,500 calories per day. 1200 people between the ages of 70 and 89 were included in this report by American medical experts, including 63 people who showed signs of memory loss.
